Vegas, baby...Engage09 The Encore

Can I get an Encore? That’s right…Vegas in 48 hours!
I’m knee-deep in fine-tune travel prep for Engage ’09 The Encore…a luxury wedding business intensive which is happening this time Las Vegas (also see our review of our June travels to the Cayman Islands for Engage09)

Bringing together many of the ‘best of the best’ in the wedding industry - from speakers to attendees – Engage has been an incredible experience. Everyone from attendees to amazing speakers such as Marcy Blum and Sean Low have lunch, dinner and attend panels, allowing for an open exchange of ideas, information, inspiration and candid discussions of the issues and opportunities facing everyone in today’s luxury wedding industry. At June's Engage I met Sean Low, just recently the President of Preston Bailey Design for the past six years. He has an amazing business mind for those in the creative field, and it has been an honor to be mentored by him the last few months! Can't wait to see what amazing things I will find, share, create after this Engage...
On to packing. Have the most fabulous dress in cement gray (one of the event's colors)that has seemingly disappeared (how does this happen?) Determined to turn home and office inside out to find said dress. BUT at least we all …( ‘we all’ being all of us on twitter desperately seeking the perfect coordination of poppy & cement gray for this spectacular event), will have a little something special to adorn our sexy, trendiest frocks for opening night. What might that be? Stay tuned…see you in a few days! I'm working on those little somethings now...
